Tony E. Gamble is a driven and analytical professional on our team. With his 30+ years of track record of ensuring business integrity through skilled financial auditing, accounting, and controllership, he has dedicated his life to the profession. He has experience in igniting the overall growth by executing enterprise-wide audits that effectively identify and stem profit loss. Mr. Gamble has a proven track record of yielding maximum impact and adding value to existing infrastructure by applying a strategic and growth-oriented mindset within allocated budgets. Further, he is skilled in planning and enacting streamlined financial solutions from the ground level. 30 years of working in federal service in various leadership roles have afforded him extensive experience in Auditing and Leadership Development. He worked in various important roles including as Director of Internal Review of a Department of Defense Contracting Agency. Mr. Gamble holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Chaminade University and an M.B.A degree from Everest University. He is a certified professional in Fraud Examination, Internal Control Auditor, and a Government Auditing Professional. Mr. Gamble also has a certification in Forensic Accounting and Executive Negotiations.

Shawna J. Forbes is a great leader with more than 25 years of experience in higher education. Among those 25 years, 15 are at the senior level. Dr. Forbes’ work and continuing education experiences include curriculum development, skill-based training, grant, and contract development with management and implementation. In addition, Forbes has experience in compliance oversight of programming and fiscal management at the federal, state, and local levels. A native of Detroit Michigan, Dr. Forbes earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from WCCCD, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Detroit College of Business, her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Detroit-Mercy, and Doctorate of Philosophy in Higher Education from the University of Toledo. During her time as the Vice-Chancellor for the School of Continuing Education and Workforce Development, Dr. Forbes took upon leadership for the implementation and execution of the District’s Strategic Plan by providing quality programming and services throughout the District. She also managed a budget of approximately $20 million, servicing more than 30,000 non-credit and credit students in short-term certificate programs, workforce training, grants/contracts management, and community outreach that were aligned with current and future trends.

Shawna J. Forbes, Ph.D

Dr. Michaela Chambers’ knowledge in business operations and management, proactive ideas, and unorthodox strategies have groomed her perfectly to assist businesses to find success, evolve, and prepare for the eventual professional hurdles that come with success. Her 35+ years of experience include business mergers and acquisitions, compliance, back-office, and customer service operations, human resources, real estate, entrepreneurship, providing support, direction, individual and team leadership, and cultivating and building partnerships within the municipal and federal government bodies, private and public sectors, and internationally. Realizing her strengths and greatest contributions are People Focused, she provided strategic leadership for the company’s greatest asset – its’ People under the direction of the Chief of Human Resources. She presently serves as the owner of Emagn-That, a girls empowerment program where “Vision, Ideas, and Disruptive Innovation” can make dreams come true and she is a Real Estate co-owner and Broker. Dr. Chambers holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tampa, a Master of Science in Management from National Louis University, and a Doctorate in Education from Nova Southeastern University in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources Development. Dr. Chambers’ activities include membership, certification, and leadership roles in various national and community organizations as, SHRM, HRCI, NAAAHR, NAR, NAREB, AKA.
